The trimmed cloth label is woven on a special high-speed machine like weaving cloth, and then cut into strips according to the width of the label. Because of the heating and melting characteristics of polyester, the yarn will stick to each other when cutting, and will not fray.
The striped cloth label can be directly arranged and sent to the garment factory for processing; if the requirements are strict, it still needs to be cut and folded. The maximum width of a single computer jacquard component is 20cm, and a wider trademark can be woven by increasing the number of jacquard components.
