Self-adhesive label offset printing
Offset printing is the main method of printing paper stickers in Chinese label printing plants. Offset printing is characterized by fine graphics and text, rich layers, suitable for mass printing, and printing equipment can be used for multiple purposes, suitable for the characteristics of the Chinese label market. However, sheet-fed offset printing is not suitable for printing films with non-absorbent surfaces, because film labels are mostly roll-to-roll printing and require volatile dry inks. Offset printing can print thicker plastic materials, such as in-mold labels, tag tags, but the machine must be equipped with a UV curing device, which requires a lot of expense.
Due to the continuous improvement of label printing technology, the problem that the old-fashioned flat die-cutting machine cannot continuously feed paper has been solved. It can already be used with mature circular die-cutting with functions such as speed, automatic registration, and online work after printing. The machine is on the same level, because the die-cutting knife of the flat-bed die-cutting machine is easy to manufacture, the cycle is short, and the price is low, so the production cost can be greatly reduced in the short-term work.
